These Terms & Conditions apply when you use matranslation.com, submit a translation request, approve a quote, make a payment, or receive a completed translation file.

تنطبق هذه الشروط عند استخدام الموقع، إرسال طلب ترجمة، الموافقة على السعر، الدفع، أو استلام ملف الترجمة النهائي.

matranslation provides certified Arabic ↔ English translation services in the United Kingdom.

تقدم matranslation خدمات ترجمة معتمدة عربي ↔ إنجليزي في المملكة المتحدة.

To submit a request, customers must provide accurate contact details, verify their email address, upload at least one document and provide enough information for the request to be reviewed. We may refuse, cancel or request further information for incomplete, suspicious, abusive or unsupported requests.

لإرسال طلب، يجب تقديم بيانات صحيحة، تأكيد البريد الإلكتروني، رفع ملف واحد على الأقل، وتقديم معلومات كافية لمراجعة الطلب.

For security, document uploads are only accepted after email verification. We may use rate limiting, IP logging, user-agent logging and blocklists to prevent spam, fraud or misuse. Attempts to submit false, abusive or unauthorised requests may be blocked.

لأغراض الأمان، لا يتم قبول رفع المستندات إلا بعد تأكيد البريد الإلكتروني. قد نستخدم تحديد المحاولات، تسجيل IP، وقوائم الحظر لمنع إساءة الاستخدام.

Prices shown on the website are indicative unless clearly confirmed for a specific request. A final quote depends on the document type, language direction, length, formatting, certification requirements, urgency and complexity.

A customer is not required to proceed until they accept the quote and estimated completion time.

الأسعار المعروضة إرشادية ما لم يتم تأكيد سعر محدد للطلب. السعر النهائي يعتمد على نوع المستند، الاتجاه اللغوي، الطول، التنسيق، متطلبات الاعتماد، الاستعجال، والتعقيد.

Translation work begins after the customer accepts the quoted price and estimated completion time, and payment is received or otherwise confirmed. Estimated completion times are provided in good faith and may depend on workload, document complexity and customer response times.

تبدأ الترجمة بعد موافقة العميل على السعر ووقت الإنجاز واستلام الدفع أو تأكيده. أوقات الإنجاز تقديرية وتعتمد على تعقيد المستند وحجم العمل وتجاوب العميل.

Payment may be made by bank transfer or secure online payment through Stripe where available. Online card, Apple Pay or Google Pay payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details.

Bank transfer payments may require manual confirmation. Customers should use the request number as the payment reference.

يمكن الدفع عبر التحويل البنكي أو عبر Stripe عند توفره. لا نخزن بيانات البطاقة الكاملة. قد يحتاج التحويل البنكي إلى تأكيد يدوي.

If a customer cancels before work begins, a refund may be available subject to any administrative or payment processing costs. Once translation work has started, refunds may be limited or unavailable depending on the work already completed. Where a service is customised or urgent, cancellation rights may be affected once work has begun with the customer’s agreement.

إذا تم الإلغاء قبل بدء العمل، قد يكون الاسترداد ممكناً مع مراعاة أي تكاليف إدارية أو رسوم معالجة. بعد بدء الترجمة، قد يكون الاسترداد محدوداً أو غير متاح حسب مقدار العمل المنجز.

Customers are responsible for providing clear, complete and accurate documents and instructions. Customers must confirm any required format, spelling of names, dates, numbers, certification requirements or submission requirements before work begins.

العميل مسؤول عن تقديم مستندات وتعليمات واضحة وكاملة ودقيقة، والتأكد من الأسماء والتواريخ والأرقام ومتطلبات الاعتماد قبل بدء العمل.

Completed translations are normally delivered as PDF files through the request tracking page or another agreed secure method. Delivery by email attachment may be avoided for confidentiality reasons. Customers should download and check completed files promptly.

عادةً يتم تسليم الترجمة النهائية بصيغة PDF من خلال صفحة تتبع الطلب أو وسيلة آمنة متفق عليها. قد نتجنب إرسال المرفقات عبر البريد حفاظاً على السرية.

Certified translations may include a certification statement, translator name, signature, date, contact details and professional membership reference where applicable. We do not guarantee that every authority, organisation or third party will accept a translation, as acceptance requirements may vary. Customers are responsible for checking any specific requirements with the receiving authority before ordering.

قد تتضمن الترجمة المعتمدة إقراراً، اسم المترجم، التوقيع، التاريخ، بيانات التواصل، ومرجع العضوية المهنية عند الاقتضاء. لا نضمن قبول كل جهة للترجمة لأن المتطلبات قد تختلف.

If a completed translation contains an error introduced by us, we will review and correct it where appropriate. Requests for changes due to unclear originals, customer spelling preferences, new instructions or changes to the original document may be treated as additional work.

إذا احتوت الترجمة على خطأ من طرفنا، سنراجعه ونصححه عند الاقتضاء. أما التغييرات الناتجة عن تعليمات جديدة أو مستندات غير واضحة فقد تعد عملاً إضافياً.

We treat documents and request information confidentially. Customers should not upload documents they are not authorised to share. We may disclose information where required by law, regulation, payment processing, fraud prevention, or to provide the service.

نتعامل مع المستندات ومعلومات الطلب بسرية. يجب ألا يرفع العميل مستندات لا يملك حق مشاركتها.

We aim to keep the website available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, hosting issues, security events or third-party service interruptions may affect availability.

نسعى لإبقاء الموقع متاحاً وآمناً، لكن لا نضمن الوصول المستمر دون انقطاع.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, third-party rejection of a translation, or delays caused by incomplete documents, customer delay, third-party systems, payment delays or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law.

إلى الحد المسموح قانوناً، لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن الخسائر غير المباشرة أو رفض جهة خارجية للترجمة أو التأخير الناتج عن نقص المستندات أو أنظمة خارجية أو ظروف خارجة عن السيطرة.

Personal information and uploaded documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

تتم معالجة البيانات الشخصية والمستندات وفق سياسة الخصوصية.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين إنجلترا وويلز، ما لم تنص قواعد حماية المستهلك الإلزامية على خلاف ذلك.
