To protect customers and reduce fake requests, we require email verification before documents can be submitted. We may store verification logs, IP address, user agent, rate-limit events and blocklist information to prevent abuse, spam and repeated suspicious submissions.

Where possible, customers may request deletion, subject to legal or legitimate retention requirements.

• Unsubmitted email verification records are normally deleted or expire automatically.
• Uploaded documents and completed translation files may be retained while the request is active and for a reasonable administrative period afterwards.
• Payment and accounting records may be retained as required by law.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including HTTPS, admin access controls, email verification, rate limiting, blocklists, secure file handling and restricted access to request data. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we take confidentiality and document security seriously.

We store your IP address, approximate country determined locally from IP, browser, operating system, device category, public page paths, referring website hostname, session counts, first/last activity and active browsing duration in live records for up to 90 days; deleted records may remain in restricted backups for up to 14 additional days. We do not capture query strings, document contents, form entries, or request-tracking pages. IP addresses do not identify individual people. Only authenticated administrators can access these analytics. A random session token is stored per tab where browser storage is available. We do not use fingerprinting or third-party cross-site tracking. Contact us to object to processing or request deletion of retained records. Country lookup does not send visitor IPs to third-party services. Browsers signalling Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are excluded.
